The mission of The Lovibond Project is to recruit, support, and professionally develop People of Color who are traditionally underrepresented in the ranks of craft beer professionals.

WHY “LOVIBOND”
“Lovibond” refers to the scale brewers use to measure the color gradient of beer. Like a brewer seeking to brew beer across a wide spectrum of colors, we aim to make the beer industry more inclusive of all people, irrespective of race.
